Eligibility Requirements

1. Individuals who have completed 12 years or more of formal education in their home country, or who have passed an examination certifying equivalent academic qualifications.

2. Individuals aged 18 years or older.

3. - Two-year Study Course: Individuals who have completed more than 150 hours of study at a Japanese language teaching institution or passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N5, and have Japanese language ability equivalent to CEFR A1 level.     - One Year and Six Months Course: Individuals who have completed more than 450 hours of study at a Japanese language teaching institution or passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N4, and have Japanese language ability equivalent to CEFR A2 level.

4. Individuals who are legally permitted to enter Japan or are likely to obtain permission.

5. Individuals with a reliable guarantor.

6. Individuals with clear and concrete study objectives.
